Our Company Mission is to be the leading on-line retailer of kitchen Appliances and accessories in the UK and to constantly deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Established in 1999, with people who collectively have over 35 years experience in the kitchen industry, Kitchen Appliances Direct Limited (K.A.D) began with a showroom & warehouse in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Within two years we outgrew our premises and moved to new building over 5 times the size in Leeds. Our Bradford premises were kept for storage and distribution and our Leeds premises houses our sales and admin staff. It also displayed over 160 products from some of the best manufacturers in the world. With a dedicated team we pride ourselves on the amount of returning customers and recommendations we achieve on a regular basis. In 2005 we developed our interactive website to offer our customers a wide range of the world's leading products on one dedicated website.

In December 2006 we moved into our new distribution centre, just outside Leeds town centre. These new premises allowed our business to grow and deal with more customers with greater efficiency and professionalism.

Unlike the majority of Internet retailers we actually handle most of our products. Over 2000 products are available and the majority of those are available for immediate dispatch. Our own warehouse staff pick your order, inspect every single product carefully for any minor faults or signs of damage. Once passed, your complete order is then forwarded to our dispatch department where your order is carefully packed ready for delivery. With the help of our sister site www.sinks-taps.com we deliver your appliances using our own, in-house dedicated Home Delivery service. Our team will book a delivery day with you and also give an anticipated time slot. The driver will deliver the goods into your home and even open and let you inspect them.

Where smaller items can be delivered using a national carrier, such as Citylink or Parcelforce we add additional protective packaging where required to ensure it is delivered undamaged. As a Company we suffer from extremely low damage in transit and also minimal picking errors as every product undergoes our rigorous inspection process.

Our Staff are some of the most dedicated, well trained and helpful people you will come across in the industry. We only sell, quality brand name products we can promote with confidence. Cheap, inferior and poor quality products imported from the Far East are not products we actively source.
